I don’t care where my employees work from. Or how they work. I don’t care where they live or eat or about any of their hobbies. I only care that they get stuff done. I also don’t care about gender. I don’t care about highways or bridges. Employees who use bridges have learned not to talk about bridges with me. I don’t care.
